#9182: Automatically fallback to HTTP mode

(Sorry if it's duplicated; I didn't find anything about this).

Would be nice to have Pidgin to try first to connect on port 1863, when
using the MSN protocol and, if unable, automatically fallback to the HTTP
From what I see now, you can only select to use port 1863 (leave the HTTP
method checkbox unchecked) or select to use HTTP.
An option like "Use 1863 with HTTP fallback" would be very good.

 From my usage example:
I use pidgin on a network where the proxy blocks MSN via HTTP. Then using
 port 1863 is necessary.
On another network, it's the opposite.

It's "annoying" sometimes to keep switching between the two methods.

 Thank you!
