The Target is "C:\Program Files\Pidgin\pidgin.exe" and Start in is "C:\Program Files\Pidgin". The icon displayed for pidgin.exe seems to be a windows default.
Please reply to the mailing list instead of just to me.
Does "C:\Program Files\Pidgin\pidgin.exe" exist?
Are the permissions on the file such that the user you're trying to
run as can execute it?
If you try to run "C:\Program Files\Pidgin\pidgin.exe" directly
instead of via the shortcut, does it work?
